Are you tasked with performing site surveys for Wireless LAN (WAN) solution implementations? Does your Site Survey Kit contain a light weight telescoping mast to determine proper positioning of the antenna? There is nothing worse than spending a lot of money on a wireless network that works intermittently and has poor coverage after it is installed. This is why a site survey may be the most important step in the network implementation process. Proper antenna placement is a key factor in a successful operation. Having the correct location for the antenna will maximize coverage areas and reduce the number of access points required. Conducting a site survey to ensure that the link has complete wireless line-of-site to provide optimal communication efficiency and speed is important.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

The Tripod extends to a full height within about one minute.

Payload, up to 10 pounds.

The tubes are automatically locked in place by a built in safety feature.

The mast is made of high strength, fiberglass tubes. The tubes slide up and down smoothly. All this adds up to a long operating life with minimal maintenance.

The optional tripod legs has been specifically calculated for low cost. The optional Quad Pod Stand is our newest addition to the LW Mast. The large diameter tubes provide rigidity and strength when extended. These features eliminate any major whipping motion at the top. There is some sway, so guy lines should be used at all times.
